The property was fairly clean and sophisticated, had fantastic staff and location.
Its breakfast should be included in the rate.
The breakfast had a lot of food, including good pancakes and bacon. The location was central, near to a hill, cable cars and Union Square. There was a casual restaurant nearby.
Unique, airy units provided with all comfort, free bottles and very comfortable bed. Overall a really really nice stay at the hotel.

Easy location; quick check-in. Beds were cozy and the whole room was light and well-kept. Quite close to the airport, 25 km, perfect for an early flight😃
The property is clean with a nice design, and the continental breakfast is savoury. The location is perfect, 1 km from antique cable cars.
Nicely appointed and impeccably clean place, everything was very clean. I liked the standard queen room, that was brand-new. There was a huge bathroom with a shower, a hairdryer and fresh towels.
There was a lovely lobby. We loved the amiable staff. The weather was such warm, had fun stay.
It was reasonably priced. Top location, funny staff. Exceptionally comfortable beds in our standard king room.
The location was unbeatable and the view was excellent, the service was excellent. The food was decent and with plenty of options. Outdoor bar and well-maintained pool. Enjoyed San Francisco, the hotel was absolutely fabulous.

The rooms and staff of this lovely hotel were AMAZING. It is set in the middle of the city. There was the nob hill club, max 5 mins walk to, loved their meals. Also, it had parking on site.
Its good base for sightseeing and exploring San Francisco. View looking over courtyard was the reason we booked premier queen room.

There were very good staff and location for an absolutely amazing stay. I liked sitting in the casual restaurant with mediocre food. Lots of food at the breakfast, including pancakes and bacon. The hotel of choice in San Francisco.
